As a Sub-Association within Castle Pines Village (CPV), Orofino homeowner dues are in addition to the main village dues. Right now our dues are $1,300 every six months. This covers snow removal, irrigation and mowing of the grass and watering of the shrubs, spraying of the trees for disease control and other related expenditures.
